This troop will be wearing a onezie and her attack will be to lure the clan castle troops out by wooing them with her amazing ability to lick the opponents buildings. When the cc troops get in her radius, she will pull out a hammer and one shot kill them all. Unlocked at barracks lvl 5, the Miley Cyrus troop will wreck the opponents troops just like a wrecking ball.

Sounds good. Perhaps they could tweak the Valkyrie to look more like Miley, tongue out and no pants etc.

Two reasons why this is not likely to be added:
Kids play this game. We want to keep the game friendly and comfortable for all age groups, which means making sure that it is an APPROPRIATE and CLEAN place to interact and play. We do not need a 'troop' like this.
AND
Definitely not in the game theme. Clash has nothing to do with Miley Cyrus, and so wouldn't work.
