Basically it. I have all building's maxed and all elixir troops maxed (Except level 3 PEKKA). Working on hogs, I have 41 walls upgraded to level 8 (working on them as you read this). My clan is "Crystal Death" if you feel the need to learn more. Please give me feedback, not just, "no." Thanks!
Get those walls to level 8 first. I went th9 around your wall count and really regret it!

but farming at th9 is easier. with AQ and 4 spells and 20 more troops.
defense is actually better too. with more defense and a 4th storage. (less stolen from you)

I would say upgrade more walls, but if you feel you are ready, go for it!

Ylu can farm the rest of the skulls at TH 9. As said, it is easier to farm at TH 9. Defense is also stronger.

I agree with fenn93. Try to get at least half of your walls to level 8, then move on because you can still work on them during the upgrade and your defenses are all pretty close or completely maxed. I had gold walls and weak defenses when I went TH9, and trust me when I say I regret it. I have been TH9 for at least a year and I still am. I'm starting to look better now though
