I'm not sure. I think its a base design, but I don't know.
Its either a base term or minion and ballons, just another way of saying baloonion
I have never heard that term before...
It is just a different name for the Balloonion army. There are many names for it. In this case, Minions are put into the name before the Balloons giving it the name 'Miniball'.
MINIons BALLoons. Just another term for loons.
