I set production on coffee and soybean to help her out, then continued looking at my other followers to see if they needed help. One needed an item I knew she had, so went back on approx 10 mins later to buy it and she had filled all the crates.
It was impossible to have made the items in that time, and buying espresso from the newspaper is nigh on impossible. I can only assume that she has started making the items she needed after the previous ship left, logged on and saw the ship in, pressed ask for help as standard practice, collected the items she'd made and then filled the crates.
My point is if crates are opened for help, at least give others enough time to actually help. If players don't want the help, that's fine, just fill the box without asking, but I can think of better uses for my white sugar rather than making espresso's I don't need, or filling my fields and subsequently my silo with loads of soybean I don't want.
