My Road to Champions League (CL)!

Attack Strategy: Barch (Barbarians/Archers)

Before I explain my journey to the Champions league (CL), I'm nowhere near the first person to reach the Champions league by using Barch.

The people I am aware of reaching CL using BARCH:

During the Alpha Thieves trophy push (March 3rd to March 13th) we finished #68 in the world with 31819 total trophies, not bad for farmers! We had 11 who received a Champions badge.

I currently farm at Master 3 and I decided to set a goal for myself, 3250. Since I am not a big fan of using tons of gems during a cup push, using BARCH was the best idea for me to use the absolute minimum. I previously have practiced using Barch and i knew having 10 days of hunting (my personal push took 14 days), I would have to be efficient while raiding because getting 1 star per raid leaves no room for failure.

Here are my results...I ended up having 62 wins on offense and 2 on defense. From what I recall i believe I failed on 11 offensive attacks. Being above 3000 cups my defense could not hold on to its own which means i really didnt have much help from my defense.

Army Composition

148 Archers
68 Barbarians
2 Witches (to kill off CC troops and high level heroes)
CC troops: 7 Wiz, 2 Barbs
5 lvl6 Lightening
Both heroes (A MUST in my opinion)

Base i looked to attack:

Bases that had a 50%+ of buildings outside of the walls.

Overall, this was a great experience for me and I was surprised that I reached my goal.

Thanks to to my clan Alpha Thieves and The Thieves Syndicate, I was able to reach my goal!

Congrats on CL. I use the same army composition n spells as u to hit CL a few weeks back. Rather tough, but once u get the hang of it, it seems all right.

im pretty sure your push was tougher than mine as I was pushing with max heros n found it tough already:X
