I remember losing 1,500 DE once, it was horrible. :(
umm i dont really know regarding gold/elixer, maybe 300k of each? Most dark elixer is 2.5kish lost
I lost 300k gold once, that was my biggest lose
For gold/elixir, I think 300/300. For dark elixir 2,000
I lost 4k DE once after not logging in for 24hrs.

Right after the loot system changed a fully maxed TH10 absolutely wrecked me. I was pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and 2-starred him in revenge.

2030 DE from balloon splash. (Inferno tower was right beside DE tank) :(

I found 450k collector raid, I raided and stole all the loot from that inactive. I was so happy that I got all the loot, then I shared the replay with excitement. It didn't last so long, my brother mentioned that 4k DE that was in the drills. My reaction? FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
Lesson learned... Look at gold, elixir, and de availability, don't leave out any :(

Does that need to be asked? I am sure everyone has the experience of being 3-starred when storage is loaded, so the maximum loot from storage is the answer. That's when the pain comes.
Besides this, there are times when you are traveling and leaving the village unattended for days or even weeks. Apparently during this time you will be raided hard, but you don't care, since they are all collectors loss and if not raided the collectors would be full and stop working anyway.
