Notice it says he's a th8 on their profile, but he's th10. His highest trophy count on their profile is 1250, but they are in gold 3. Also, he's a huge huge gemmer. Maybe a h@cker that was banned?

Maybe just an honest glitch.
It might just be a bug. I wouldn't call him a h@cker without solid evidence.
