Given the replies and seeming difficulty of doing this fairly, it seems you may be going about this comp wrong.
1) It is an open ended massive player tournament.
2)Policed by individuals.
3)Data is manually entered.
These only lead to errors and mistrust.
You cannot get away from manual data entry given game limitations.
You can have 1-2 weeks of competition throughout the year and congregate in clans specifically for the purpose of honesty and fairnessity. This enables policing to be done without effort or question.

I compile GG & HH data for my alliance of 200-250 members, at the end of every season. So this additional data is very easy for me - I already have all the report template and coding done and all I have to do is dump data into it and pretty much done!Quote:

Sounded like a good idea, but it is hard to follow. Sounds flawed.
I'm not sure if I find it sad, funny, or completely pathetic that so many people are willing to che at on an anonymous online forum game competition. It's pretty sad that you even have to discuss policing this.
Having said that, I'll give it a go. I'm th9 and will post my info on the 17th. I have zero chance of winning but I'd like to see how I stack up.
