New Building for the next Update

A machine, which can make Gold to Elexier or Elexier to Gold.
This process needs, depending on the amount of Elixir or Gold, more or less time.
While this process some resources get lost. For example if you want to change 200 Elixir to Gold you only get 100 gold.




Here the values






Hitpoints: 500
Changing volume: 500.000(Level 1)
750.000(Level 2)
1.000.000(Level 3)
2.000.000(Level 4)
Changing losts: 50% (Level 1)
30%(Level 2)
25%(Level 3)
15%(Level 4)
