I don't understand why people spend tons & tons on gems? It's alright to get them every know and then, but some people I know spend £300 pound each month, its a free app and will never effect or help your life in anyway? It's my view and just wanted to know what everyone else thinks about this? Thanks

I never spent a cent and don't plan to, the way i see it i will at some point get bored of it and that will be wasted money. Also I feel 10x more "accomplished" after not Geming. Plus, this is fake pixels in a fake world so....Quote:

I don't understand what is confusing about this. People pay for entertainment. It might not be what you would spend money on, but obviously it is worth it to them.
People spend money for entertainment. Some people spend money on RC planes, some people spend on Clash.
Don't see a problem with spending money on gems.
You go and spend $60+ for a PS3/XBOX game that you will play for a bit and likely forget about later because I new one comes out.
If people enjoy this game as much as those, is there really a problem with spending that kind of money?
How you see it is wrong from my point of view. People spend millions and billions on entertainment and still dont have anything solid in their hands in the end. This is entertainment as well and just because it is free app doesnt mean you are a sad person to spend money on it. People will spend on anything just to have fun or more fun eventho if they know they arent going to get anything solid in the end.Quote:
