I know this sounds stupid as many will think, "Oh, place a barbarian and end the battle". I am asking on how to drop from Masters and grab some DE with it! I find many easy bases where DE storage are not protected well, or in some cases, left out. What troop composition and spell composition should I use? I know it's bloonion, and I'm dropping from 2760ish. Also, where should I stop? Has crystal or gold been good? Thanks if you took the time to read and/or respond to this. :cool:
from what I've heard, about crystal 2 is good on DE, so if u can maintain that range, u got a place! as for ur comp I dunno.
when I hunt DE I use:
-8 barbs
-44 archers
-52 gobs
-12 giants
-12 WB
-2 wizards
-2 minions
that's 200 space, so for 220 maybe throw in
+4 barbs
+4 archers
+8 gobs
+2 minions
I carry 1 of each spell.
The problem with this army is that 98% of the time, I don't get a minimum of 1-star (excluding the ones with exposed THs)
as a th10, i have been farming around 10-20k de a day in gold league. i use barch and 5 lightning spells... for mortars of course :rolleyes:
I Dropped from 2500 to 2150 and got 13K DE in 2 hours. I basically barched. Look for full drills, and during the first 3 minutes of searching, don't settle for less then 1500 DE.
if they're close to outside, gobs + jump does the job well. or just the usual bam rush with limited targets works also.

Look for Tuvya's thread something like "6500 DE from same person in 30mins" you'll see his trophy count and army comp in the pic he provides. Seems to do well gettin that black gold.
Whenever I drop I put all lightning spells. All gobs with like 20 wb. Just go on a massive resource raid spree
I used BAM and also barbs, archers and gobs on my way down.
Also took exposed th's with a few archers just for the loot bonus.
