First picture is my base.. i spent all the gold.. but nearly maxed th8's or th9's wreck me. What should i do? They will use hogs.. and the dreaded giants and healers...
Any help would be really appreciated

If you find yourself getting "wrecked" by higher TH's, move down in trophies. Another thing is, I see you have 2 free builders and 3 millions gold. It's best that you probably spend it to avoid getting raided.

Your defensive upgrades for a TH8 are low. You've got the base protection of a fresh TH7 from what I see. Did you move to TH8 without maxing TH7?
Generally premature town halls get wrecked by town halls above them. Only thing you can do to remedy your situation at this point is to drop in trophies and try not to sign off with a lot of resources.
Your defense levels are too low. I saw you almost got 3 starred from level 3 giants.

Try to separate stoarges and put WTs next to them to have some protection.
Thanks guys... i spent all the money on upgrades... what do i really need to upgrade? wizard towers? my mortars are lv6 now.. or should i focus on point defences? Im kinda premature.. but i believe i can recover.. what do you think the basic defense levels should be like cannon lv9?

You'd want to upgrade the wizard towers. Just the mere sight of it would deter most lvl 3 troops users to try raiding your base. But, they're good all-round defenses.
Also try to place your wizard towers close to your mortars so they can defend each other. These two type of splash damage tower, when working simultaneously, can quickly annihilate tier 1 troops.
