The Gem Collector will cost 500 gems. It will produce 1 gem every 2 hours, but when upgraded to Lvl. 5 the max it will produce 7 gems every 4 hours. The upgrades will cost gems and gold. The design will sort of look like the elixer collector, but will have a conveyer belt from under ground into a pile of gems. It will be 5x5 and you must be Lvl. 40 and have a Lvl. 7 town hall to unlock it.

This idea has been ruled out, read the stickies. And also, Supercell will lose it's money and Clash of Clans if this was allowed.
