Lightning on DE storage is getting pretty ridiculous

I honestly just don't argue anymore over zapping...
Zapping supporters -just ignore these types of threads. Don't respond, and the thread will die.

I have yet to encounter excessive zapping on my base, however I am a TH8, but then again I have had extreme amounts of DE available for raids and still seem to not get zapped.

Hide out in Crystal III when I do my DE raids however

It's part of the game unfortunately. I had to stop leaving my town hall inside for the night in crystal because I wake up to this:

It used to be worse though and worth a lot more DE as they have reduced it's effectiveness several times. When the DE storages first came out they were able to be destroyed with lightnings completely. I still get TH10 revenges with 5 lights for 2k+ de... almost always revenges though.

Funny that the guy in the middle sent 4 spells lvl 5 and get 2-3 times less than the two others.

Looks like he was mainly aiming for elixer storage, which is really odd because I find elixer really easy to get and I'm always maxed out on Elixer. I don't understand how people are desperate enough to zap Elixer.

He aimed them at elixir balls and gold storages as well as the DE. I'm not sure what he was doing to be honest... trying to grab it all?

Zapping elixir would be one of the most "♥♥♥" stuff i would see in that game i think. I think he was trying to grab it all like you said. Everywhere and nowhere at the same time !

As someone who regularly hits the storage cap for dark elixir, i still really dont care about lightning. Keep it up noobs. Dont learn the real ways to steal loot. I much prefer an occasional lightning if the alternative is everyone raids dark elixir like i did at th7/8.

The funniest forum posts to me are the people who assume there is no other way for th7s to make even the 10k for the BK but triple lightning. Myself and all of the permanent members of my clan have maxed bk and dark troops at th7 and quite a few of us have done the same at th8. Almost none of this has been via lightning on the storage. Its too innefficient.

I excuse a th7 who cant find a better way to get it, especially because th7 really doesnt take a ton of de to max everything. But th8s who triple lightning... I find it pitiful.

Zapping obstacles for gems is ever sadder... been there, done that... so annoying :)
