Lightning on DE storage is getting pretty ridiculous

Sigh, not another thread about this rant.

First of all you only lost 1.7K DE, that's nothing, you can easily make that up in a raid or two, or at least I can.

Even so, upgrade your DE storage if it continues to happen, and revenge zappers so they learn their own lesson...I don't think zapping shall ever be stopped completely.

Why do people need to complaint about everything? It is part of the game. Please quit OP, no one will zap you after that.I see where that quote came from "people will complaint about anything, if SC gave out free gems to everyone, they will get complainted too".

I seriously hate this argument... No, really, it's a part of the game? If something isn't part of the game, then is it ok to complain about it? I guess I'll just go complain about the flying spaghetti monster then, seeing as it isn't a part of the game so can actually be complained about:rolleyes:
Anyway... Reason I hate zapping is not necessarily that there is no skill in it. Rather, I just dislike how there is NO defense against it at all! At least defending against hogs or the like you can use a specific base to counter them... I'd love to see a reliable "anti-lightning" base

Its a cheap tactic but shouldn't be stopped, it's part of the game. If they bring lightnings for you they aren't bringing other Spells enabling them to take more of your loot.

Not ridiculous. But rather proof that it is a flawed element of the game.

The solution if you ask me is simple, changed the linear loot loss formula to a exponential one. Even if only for the dark elixir storage - it is supposedly three times more powerful in a cubical form after all. Sounds different by description yet is no different in actual fact.

Rather it's evidence that it is a loved tactic of many a player therefor it should remain as is. There is no solution as we can't require people to get out of their diapers and into thier big boy pants.
