I don't know about you guys but when I'm building a base I'll start with the cc/th perfectly centered. Pretty normal right? However, I hate it when I don't have room on the side for some stuff with decorations when I could just shift my My base over a couple tiles. This would be a great quality of life thing that wouldn't do any harm if implemented.
