Unfortunately, this idea is ruled out by Supercell, as it might cause server lag and drama in clans from people online but not donating. For the full list of ruled out ideas, please click the link in my signature. Please take a look at that before posting another idea thread.
A tip, though: if you just want to see if a specific person is online, check their collectors. If they hold around 500 or below, it means they're likely to be online.
