Hi guys, I just hit th8 and the loot penalty is really hurting me. I cant find bases in 1100-1200 trophies that have more than 50k gold. So I want to know what the best trophy level is for farming at TH8 and what army comp should I use. I mainly use barcher, BAG (barb archer and goblin), BAM (barb archer minion) or Giant healer at the moment.
Stick to Bam or barch and stay between 1300-1700, I assure you there's plenty of 300k-300k and higher collector and non-collector raids waiting for youQuote:

I'm at 1800-1900 and not much here. I'm going to go back down to 1600-1700 and try that area again.

Gold 3 Works, but there is a lot of nexting, but sometimes a really good 200k+ pops up, so its Worth it.. Not to often tho... ;-)
Probably should have mentioned that I dont have level 5 troops yet... I just finished the upgrade from th7 to 8 two days ago and I just started my lab upgrade which takes 4 days.Quote:

usually while I am farming, gold 2-1 is really good for me! I find it better since you are able to defend against people and you dont attack low level players with awful loot:D
