Lobster Pool

Hi..
I have just got my lobster pool and its really annoying that you can only get one lobster in the pool at once so I need to upgrade
How many lobsters can you get in when you have upgraded, I think if its one more then 42.000 is a lot

Unfortunately, yes, each upgrade only increases the lobster capacity by 1.

What's more, the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th upgrades cost progressively more. It costs around like 50+ thousand, 60+ thousand 70+ thousand and 100 over thousand respectively. :rolleyes:

But that's what makes this game a challenge! If it were too easy, it might get boring after a while.

I think the additional slots in the net and lure maker cost way too much and is out of proportion to the rest of the other production slots. Especially when you consider that we originally only had eight spots to fish. Three was always enough for me since the lobster took longer than the fish and since there was such a long cool down between fishing. Even now I am making colored lures but not using them till the next fishing event. With the nets and occasional worm I have enough fish.

I have just completed my first lobster pool and I am expanding it to the second tier. I also have casted out my first my first lobster trap. This trap will be done faster than my expansion is ready. What will happen to the lobster if I try to empty my trap before the expansion is done?

You will get a message saying pool is being expanded and the lobster will remain in the trap. If you upgrade the pool while lobsters are in it, they will remain in until the upgrade is done.

hm, then what happens when I have 2 traps ready to be emptied, place them in the pool and go for tier 3? is their 6hr bathing time being including while the next upgrade is being done? (i know im thinking way to far ahead/max proficiency :P)

reason is im nearing level 45 and already had to ask for help for a lobstertail boat. I would rather have those expansions asap but if I get another one of those I have to put to much stress on my mates :confused:

They will be ready to go when the upgrade is done. The upgrade time is longer than the 6 hour lobster time.

It was that long upgrade time that kept me from fully upgrading my lobster pool, not the coins.

I finally did it during a lure fishing event, since I wasn't planning to put out any lobster traps until the event was over. Did the last two upgrades, one after the other.

Just remember to collect your lobsters between upgrades. Both from the pool and from the traps
