Help with requesting to join clans

So my clan let me leave my clan so that I could temporarily get into my friend's clan and talk, and then afterward I came back. After that however, I remembered that I forgot to donate troops to my friend, so I left the clan to go donate them... but then after I came back to my original clan it said I needed to wait to request to join again! Please help I'm stranded lol. If you have a temporary clan for me to join that would be great as well.
