New troop - Titans

Meet the Giant's bigger, uglier, and meaner cousin - the Titan. Like the Giants, they prefer knocking out defenses, but that's where the similiarities end. Fueled by Dark Elixir, they plod deliberately across the battlefield (even slower than the Giants), absorbing an insane amount of punishment. In fact, they are completely impervious to physical attacks - only magic, lightning and fire can hurt them.

LEVEL ONE TITAN:
DPS: 120 (140, 170, 200, 240)
DPA: 360 (420, 510, 600, 720)
MOVEMENT SPEED: 8
HIT POINTS: 600 (750, 900, 1200, 1500)
TRAINING COST: 500 DARK ELIXIR (1000, 1500, 2000, 2500)
HOUSING SPACE: 18
TRAINING TIME: 25 MINUTES

no. people will go down so they can attack TH level 6 and they are defenseless except for wizard tower. or TH level 7 because based on health it probably could survive that as well. too OP

I propose that they only take damage when attacked on the back of the neck, and this be done by a special defensive unit called the Jäger.

Seriously though, making them immune to any form of attack would make them too OP. Players would use full Titan raids, and it would be very easy for just a few to destroy a wizard tower.

My first thought after reading your post: IMBA..

its a shortening of the word imbalanced. Probably ment so overpowered it causes imbalance in game.
Sorry for the bluntness, just conveying my first thoughts.
My problem is with the physical immunity thing. A single titan could fight off half-dozen pekkas without breaking a sweat... Probably goes better with being resistant rather than completely immune to physical, say, takes only 50% damage from single target attacks (other than the teslas, xbows, infernos and minions, i think all other single target attacks are physical, and only mortars deal physical splash damage, and archers/AT changes the type of arrows they shot with level)
Edit: oh, and valkyries also deal physical splash damage, i donno why i forgot about her, most people do..

People are going to mix this with the other damage sponges, making their raid basically invulnerable. Not a good idea.

actually a dark elixir giant is a golem imo

bad idea IMO. As people has already said, it's just too OP

and it will be even more unfair when these guys are at CC on defence. They will tank most attack that do almost nothing to them while defences killing the troops
