Buying Gems in Google Play from Caribbean

Alright I'll get right to the chase,
I am from Barbados and for us, we are not listed on the countries for Clash of Clans, unfortunately. However, on Google Play, our currency and country are listed. We can use the Play Store and can download other applications and we can also download US apps, with a VPN though. When we download them, there is no problem using them until you come to trying to purchase something.
Now, I already spoke a Google Rep and he said that there is a possibility that Google Credit can work but I doubt you get refunds. So, the point of this read is to either, follow his other advice and find someone else with the same problem but resolved it, or my own personal reason to try to get a Mod/Admin/Manager to give me some help or put Barbados on the CoC Country List. By the way, we do deserve this because we, and the Bahamas, are economically the best in the Caribbean. Barbados' exchange rate is $1 US - $2 BDS while other country are like $1 US - $10-30 their money.
So again, if you used a VPN to get CoC/having this problem and have advicee - please give me your resolution and if you are a Mod/Admin/Manager with advice - also help me. And to the Community Manager, I am asking for you to add Barbados and if possible, other Caribbean countries to the CoC country list (which has 140 countries). There are many of us with this problem and want to give you guys money. So help us help you.

I would say that you may get the gems but you may not. If you video it and show the receipt and it fails then if you send that to SC, I would assume that they will credit you your gems. Unfortunately SC can't find out if this will work.

Why can't you use Google wallet for the purchase?

It says "Purchase is not available in your location". But I wonder if I play Google Play Credit would work. If an actually Community Manager/Mod/Admin were to reply I know we would get somewhere.

Unfortunately they cannot guarantee the purchase will be successful as Google handle the purchase and give the yes to SC who then release the gems.

So this means I would definately need the attention of a Community Manager

Like I said not even a CM or a DEV can guarantee the purchase as it is GOOGLE who verify it. You would need to verify it with Google. If it failed you could Contact SC for a refund but nobody can guarantee you will get it.

I am going to try a US credit card. But still a CM could like put it on for me or something like that.

Like I said 3 times now, nobody can guarantee your gems will come through. Google said they can't give refunds but if you get a receipt from them, Support should be able to add the gems to your account - NO GUARANTEES. If the purchase fails and you don't get a receipt you should contact BOTH Supercell AND Google to try and reach a conclusion.

Nobody can guarantee the purchase will go through.
