Spiders are units that take up 4 spaces each and take 5 minutes to train . Spiders are troops used to take out reinforcements during an attack or troops during a defense. They can spawn spiderlings to aid them in battle. However the spiderlings are one third the spiders strength and health. As the spider is upgraded it will produce more spiderlings per spawn with more power and health
