Please more detail as well as id just like to say that it should be a dark elixer troop because its so strong and mabye more like 800 hit points just think about it

Think about it, it can only been hit by cannons and IT's.. A cannon does 65 dps at lvl 10, so it takes 1000:65=15 seconds to take out one phantom... At TH8 you can have 5 cannons, so that would be at least 15:5=3 seconds to take out one. If you spam about 50 of them it would take 3*50=150 seconds to take them all out, which is almost the whole battle. This would mean that only TH 10s stand a small chance against them as if they won't be slowed down by walls... They also can't take splash damage, and the resources would be easily taken out due to high dps, after that they can target TH as if theyre probably in the center due to taking the storages. Nobody would be able to defend against them, with other words: Way to OP.
EDIT: since it can be unlocked at TH8 every TH8 can take out maxed TH 9 and probably 2 star maxed TH10 as well
