I wrote a long, detailed, separate post that made this exact point. The moderators made this tangentially-relate thread swallow it up, so it's now sitting on page 2 or 3 of this thread. I plan to post it again because it's a pivotal point for SC to recognize.

A 10 minute span of time shouldn't be spent on a game. Any game like that isn't a real game. I've been saying it for a year now. Clash of clans isn't a mobile game, it's a full game like any other on a different platform put into mobile form.

15 minutes where you settle for an ok raid is the right balance.

Ok, I'm going to disagree with you here again ♥♥ (but with no flaming attached :cool:). This is a mobile game and up until December of last year you could easily hop on for 10 minutes and have some fun. I don't think it's too much to ask of SuperCell to continue to give us the same enjoyment in 2014 that we got in 2013.

15 minutes of searching is just crazy for the average player. It might be ok for the hardcore folks but if people keep having 15 minute search times this game is dead.

edit: i'm very curious why when I use the first two letters of your name I get hearts instead???? How is S S together a banned word?

Anyone mind telling me how loot has been for TH9 the past week? I've been hanging up at Masters (loot is always good there), so I might stay up here at 2400+ if it's bad.

Tuesday and Wednesday it was great. Well over 1 million per hour (1.5 mil per hour on Wednesday). But Thursday and today less than 500k per hour with the exact same strategy.

So it's complete hit and miss.
