So these two idiots somehow managed to get elder and kicked 30 members of my clan, so we went from 14,000 down to 8000 points, I'd really love It if some people here can join, it took me ages to get the clan to that point and I really need members again, clan name is 100%Kiwi, don't worry you don't have to be kiwi, only criteria is to have 1000 trophies. We did the same thing for few weeks (made all elders as members). Few came back, but lot of them didn't. It was devastating to see no one online many times. We got back again (after my infamous stint of leaving the clan for a week, promising to return) and now have 45 members, including a few elders.
We enforced a rule that only a leader can promote and no elder can do that. Very difficult to deny enthusiastic lvl6/7 ppl eldership. That is why I requested supercell to have elders without option to kick.

Important: You can drop trophies for a while and groom members new to the game as loyalty, in people who are playing since long, to a new clan may be an issue

You are fortunate SuperCell implemented the much needed Clan Search.. When it happened to us we did not have this luxuary.
One positive Note.. We managed to get back the main core and it made us a much stronger group and are still together 5 months later!

The easy fix to this is to make everyone elder. Elders can only be kicked by the clan leader. I have been in the same clan since September and we have always done this. We have never had any issues or problems with clan kicking.
What's the difference between an all-elder clan and an all-member clan?
