If this rips off someone else's idea i am sorry but as far as I know nobody has done this before.
This is a competition of you raiding skill and defensive abilities. The Competition starts and the start of next season and will be two seasons long. So the format is that there will be 3 groups for the top three town halls and there will be match ups in each and of the winners of the match ups 3 will be taken from each group, the three with the highest points. They will go into a league(knockout would take too many seasons) and the winner is the one with the most points. as in the last if enough th7 sign up they will have their own group and will have three entrees to the final if they get 8 members or 2 if they get 6 etc

10 Point bonus for every 25 wins on each
In each group there will need to be an even number of people if there is not one person will receive a bye and will have a chance of competing for the final league without having to go through the knockout round.
