What do i do? Level 5 Wiz and Level 4 Barb King or Level 3 Minion and Level 3 De Storage

But level 5 wiz and BK.
Personal preference.
Do you use minions? I do and at lv5 i think they are great.
Do the bk if you dont use minions, hes great in the long run, try to max him out at th8.

Minions don't gain that much from upgrades and the only reason I would upgrade my storage is if an upgrade required more than my storage could hold or I wanted lightning spells to take less dark elixir.
