How do they do it?

I like to use BARCH, but there's no point in boosting that. And boosting doesn't effect the matchmaking

There are few steps to getting good loot in this game.

(I am TH8)

* cheep and fast to train troops (BARCH)
* scan ranges, for th8 1250-1700.
* loot range, maintain trophies around this fruitful sub-range. for example my loot today was 1550-1650 and yesterday 1450-1550.


While farming what you target is collectors, mines and drills. Interestingly frequency of finding those in a given range changes every few hours. So thats why we have the 'scan range' within which we trophy up or down to scan it for good loot.

Previously I was sticking to a single range (1250-1400) and loot was very erratic every sitting. So I started scanning above and below. That's how I formulated my current modus operandi. Now in every 2 hours sitting I get 2-3 million gold... which is like 10 million gold or more the day I farm.

I think your scan ranges should be 1400-1900... may be!!

I was th7 not long ago... my scan range was "1150-1600". Do try! (This process was not really formulated then.. so please update with correct range)
