Builder upgrades

I think we should be able to upgrade our builders so 1. they could builder faster or 2. let you put two builders on one task to cut the build time in half. The game is fun but once you start hitting these long days to upgrade you get bored.
Maybe have it available after you reach X level then you can add two builders or pay some gold to speed up the build. Waiting a day or 2 is ok but after that it takes too long
