I was pretty nervous about the move, due to all the stuff I heard about Th10 but I figured if I could farm in Crystal - then my targets would be Th9 and 10. These Th levels either don't have a loot penalty or a very minor one.
I can say things are going fine and my loot is healthy. I've had to change how I raid and who I raid but if you climb up here and look for certain types of bases, rake in the loot bonus - you do fine.
a short review of my past 14 days as TH10:
first day upgraded some minor stuff (new canon, AT,mine,pump), build 3rd XBow,1 IT, spell factory and lab
2nd day build 3rd drill
3rd day build my 2nd IT
4th or 5th day started 1st army camp
2 days later started my 2nd army camp
after this I somehow lost track when I did the things exactly so here just a small recap:
started an AT to level 12
started minion upgrade to level 6
started xbow to level 4
started wt to level 8
i'm now waiting for the next builder with 6,8 mio elixir, 90 k de and 6 mio gold (builder free in 17 hours) and only 2 builder will be ready.
till this day I had no idle builder time except a few minutes when I slept longer on weekends, not due to too less loot.
why do I write this:
well I was afraid a lot about going to TH10 and I want to show some folks here that it is not impossible to keep 5 builders busy even at TH10. I could even continue my pump and mine which cost near nothing and now take 2 days or my canon or AT which take 1 day or 2 days and don't cost much either, but I keep them in case I need an cheap upgrade.
next upgrade will probably be 3dr army camp and another WT.
TH10 is not a place to be called loot heaven but to all the others out there I must say that moving on to TH10 was for me the best decision an not staying at TH9 finishing walls and heroes with 4 builders sleeping during months.
my defence is so much stronger now than before. At TH9 often a TH10 would bully me with max hog armies or miniballs. In the last 2 weeks as a th10 I just had 1 attack that took 100k gold/200k elixir and that was someone with 30 hogs while I offered 400k/400k/3k so 1 gold storage and 2 elixir storages thanks to his queen
loot as a th10 is not as bad as some people in these forums like to make you believe

Back at OP - that seems like quite profitable raids if u ask me. 100 searches for 3 good raids which averages out to appx 33 x nexting per raid is pretty common for TH10.. Even at Masters. U are tempting me to move all the way down the trophies lol.. But isn't DE zapping a nightmare down there for TH10s?

I was wondering what trophy range you are farming in. I'm about a week behind you in getting to TH10. I've managed to build both infernos, upgrade one to lvl 2, build the xbow and 2 army camps as well as some random upgrades on the new stuff. I've been oscillating from Gold 2 to Crystal 2 with bam army but really grinding hard to make sure that I get enough gold to keep the train rolling. I'm not sure if my strategy is optimal or I'd be better off going higher and farming with balloons. To me, C2 and C3 seemed like the worst leagues for loot.Quote:

Its time consuming at TH10 but I like to consider TH10 as a challenge. I play like 3 hours normally sometimes more sometimes less, depending on RL activities.
