Solution to Cheap Shielding and Other Common Clans Problems
This idea is born in another thread about cheap shields that I suggest you to read because very interesting.

The idea is the following:
One season lasts 14 days and should be divided in 2 periods: PERIOD A and PERIOD B. In my opinionn the PERIOD A should last 6 days and PERIOD B should last 8 days, but the duration can be discussed and changed at will.
The two periods have different characteristics:
PERIOD A
- Clans can recruit
- Clans can change description and requisites to join
- Leader/Co-leaders can promote members
- Leader/CO-leader can invite players
- Players can join the clans
- Leader/Co-Leader can expell players that are banned only for 1 day
- Members can leave the clan
more or less as it is now
PERIOD B
- Clans can't recruit
- Clans can't change description and requisites to join
- Leader/Co-leaders can't promote members
- Leader/Co-Leaders can't invite players
- Leader/CO-leaders can expell a member but this member will be banned for the rest of the season from the clan
- Player can join the clans ONLY IF the clans have less than 40 players
- Members can't leave the clan
BENEFITS: Top players are obliged to stay in their clans during period b of the season and they can't go out to receive cheap shield and if they do that they can't join again till the end of the season.
Clans are more stable during the end of the season.
This solution can be implemented when SC will implement the CLAN WARS (they said that they will implement it) and can help to make to make it more easy and efficient.
