Because then everyone upgrades their walls when they log off, so there is no gold left to loot.
Still doesn't account for needing a builder when a builder doesn't build them :confused:

Because the builder has to paint the wall obviously.
They do build the walls, they have built so many that they are now able to for so instantly so people don't cry about it taking too much time.

If you've been playing long enough, you'll remember a time when a free builder wasn't required to build walls. What's changed?
What changed is that they have restricted loot since then, especially for higher TH lvl players. Without a builder being required, everyone would empty their storages right before logging off. In the current system, if you want to keep a builder free to do it, you can, but that is the penalty you pay.Quote:
