As I said in my first mail, you have no idea what you are talking about.
The only thing obvious to me is a poster with no knowledge of the subject they are talking about.
Might I suggest you listen to others and what they are saying?

"exploits" and people having multiple accounts are very clearly different things.
The point is SC can enforce this rule if they want to in cases where a second account is used to gain, what they believe, to be some unfair advantage.
With the thousands of players with multiple accounts that do it fairly, there is no harm done, so SC have no reason to enforce the TOS.
That was a serious question. Because I used to get an error on my laptop saying that my IP address matched that of another computer on my network.
Apart from the loss in revenue, I guess. I just thought it was weird that they made a rule and then didn't enforce it. I guess they must just have a weird way of running their business (no hate), where they don't really mind if people choose to disobey rules. You'd think that they'd be stricter so as to reduce the amount of people choosing to play by their own rules.
There clearly is no use arguing with OP on this matter, he's convinced himself his interpretation is the correct one, and that people should not be allowed to enjoy CoC on more than one device at any point of time - to him, this is essentially the same as cheäting, because of the way a line is written in the TOS, and that all people with more than one account should have their other account insta-banned.
I don't see what weird pleasure this conversation gives to him, though, or why he would care this much about a specific thing in the TOS, since the vast majority of the gamers don't know it by heart. We can only speculate.
Now let this useless thread die.
Yes, expressing that I believe that the terms of service that govern a game should be enforced is so ridiculous.
It is not an interpretation of the ToS. It is a literal reading of it. I'm not sure if you guys are trying to troll me by saying that it is misinterpreted or that it is miss written.
I just feel that we should all follow the rules and not try and be rebellious and break the rules and CH3AT.
If you just have two records and perform gently on both it is excellent. If you definitely want to review someone you can do so by mailing Conflict assistance via the in activity review a issue function discovered in the in activity configurations selection via help and assistance.

As you can see from 9 pages of replies nobody is interested in this rule and SC are not intetrested in enforcing it. Plenty of explanantions have been given but u seem incapable or unwilling to accept any of them.
If you feel that strongly perhaps its best to take the matter up with SC.
So I have 9 pages of people who believe that ch$ating is okay and some even admitted to doing it.
That's cool. I will keep playing the game as intended by supercell and you can continue ch$ating :) I will be reporting all who admitted to breaching the terms of service to supercell :)
You ch$aters make me sick.
The are different kind of rules. One type are those you are really against and breaking the rule has a penalty attached to it. Other type is a wished behavior, but the rule is not upheld if nothing bad happends. SC is doing what any other company does with their general terms and conditions.
Having multiple accounts can be used to gain unfair advantage in the game, but they can also be just a another way of enjoying the game. That is why SC is not jumping on people just for having multiple accounts. Personally I do not get how people have time and interest to play the same game over and over, I prefer to mix games.
