How would they know that you have two accounts? What if you had two devices and two game centers?
It's SC's game, let them enforce their rules as they see fit. If you don't get it or don't understand why, go to them for the answer.
If their enforcement, of their rules, on their game bothers you, then maybe this just isn't working out for you. It's a SC world, we just live in it.
It's just a protection clause, put there so that they can disable a second account if you are che@ting.

It's not a matter odds in being able to find yourself as a top player, it's more of a matter of finding yourself before someone else does. The fact that these top players look at clouds for hours while waiting for the system to find a match for them should tell you that most of these players remain online or are shielded. With the lack of potential matches, a player leaving his clan, signing off and then using his second account to search for the first available match, most likely being his first account, it simply becomes a matter of will he find it first.Quote:

I don't see anything illegal with that, and there are certainly no added advantages to playing on a PC, quite the opposite infact as touch is better.
I'd love to see people who cry about people playing on PC give a fair reason why they don't want a very minuscule amount of clashers that cannot use the phone play on it, usually only temporarily or for making videos. Go on.
Wow, how are people saying that the ToS is "miss written" or has "bad wording". Honestly makes me sad that you guys don't know what those terms mean.
I think it would be rather easy to monitor due to the amount of people who claim to have two accounts on the forum. Also check IP addresses and email addresses similar to how some forums have rules stating only one account may be created.
