You can't be in your right mind if you tell people that they are ch33ting if they got an alt account that they level up on the side just for fun - I'm all with you if someone would go out and claim that they use multiple accounts and multiboxing (or something similar) to make sure they can cheap shield themselves - THAT is why that particular rule is there, or so I believe. Anything else defies all logic. I'm not sure why you're trying to call out everyone who's talked about having more than one account, if they buy a phone, tablet and maybe some other device - so be it. It's not your issue, ESPECIALLY not if they just play on their minis for fun.

I don't know how much you know about the forums, but people here are generally a tough crowd to please, especially if you're going with crazy ideas like this one. You can claim that you're all about literally following rules and everything, but what you're doing here just makes you look slightly... odd. Pardon me for saying so, hope this doesn't hurt your feelings. On the other hand it should not, because I'm being much nicer here than you are being towards everyone in the post by you that I quoted above. Watch out for the infraction hammer, and TOS on!

Okay, instead of saying ch3ating I will just say they are breaking the rules. Is that better? I also doubt that Supercell thought that people would give themselves cheap shields when drafting the ToS. I assume that rule has been there for a long time and not a recent addition.

I'm not calling anyone out, I am just saying that those people deserve to be banned for violating rules set out by Supercell. It would be like if someone like you came into a thread and said that I am not right in the head (or attic, as you said) which is verbal abuse. You deserve to receive an infraction for purposely choosing to disobey the rules made by Supercell.

English isn't my primary language so please forgive me, I'm hearing some odd noises from the floor above mine - isn't that called the attic?

Anyway, you're the one accusing people for ♥♥♥♥♥ing and saying that they make you sick, that sounds rather offensive to my ears. That's what my comment was refering to, because this witch hunt of yours can be considered to be a bit silly. If you want to be taken seriously, please try to keep an open mind and discuss thing in a calmer manner. Many people respond to an argument in the same way the original argument is formulated and written, kind of a "do onto others"-manner, if you will.

Back to the topic at hand.
Mods have commented (in other threads) on the topic of multiple accounts that it's to stop cheap shielding and similar exploitation of game mechanics, and not playing for fun.

Commenting on your last question (you always have the counter-questions and arguments, don't you?), mods have also stated that multiple forum accounts will result in bans of all accounts, because they can be used to promote your own opinion in different discussions / polls etc - that's a completely different topic, and not related to what your OP is about.

I'm not here to offend you or anything, but the very nature of the topic you're pushing, and your reasons for doing so, puzzles me. If I have a problem with anything, it is with the arguments and ideas you put forth, not with you. Don't try to make this into something which it is not.

It is expensive and bad PR to enforce all the rules

Does the police ticket every single speeder?

Does the attorney general prosecute every single marriage infidelity?

Does Microsoft try to catch every single pirate?

If you want to prosecute every single human's infraction (be in CoC or in music CD), man, your life will not be a happy one.

The rules (or laws) are there to prosecute the WORST offenders. In the for-profit business, the rules will enforced when the offenders might influence the bottom line (aka profit) and the cost of prosecuting it is LESS than the cost of the offense. Bad PR is a cost for them, btw.

are you saying that since the day that clash of clans was made they anticipated cheap shielding occurring? I don't think so...

also, I would appreciate it if you stop insulting my intelligence as it is obvious what you meant by attic.

please leave this thread if you are just going to be rude to me especially when I already rephrased what I was saying and changed it from ♥♥♥♥♥ing to just choosing to ignore rules set by supercell.

you can continue playing by your own rules, I, however will play by the rules intended to be followed that were made by Supercell. Please limit your rule breaking though and do not use exploits to gain gems or cheap shields.

I would say that they try to ticket as many speeders as possible, I'm not sure what that second point has to do with this, I think Microsoft tries to prevent piracy from occurring...

they seem to stop quite a lot of exploiters who get gems whereas they don't do anything to stop exploiters from making multiple accounts and spending less gems.
