Well, that can be easily misunderstood considering the fact that many players go from clan to clan and donate to the players so they can gain some extra XP. So… I prefer keeping this the way it is.
What about people who go from clan to clan to donate and earn xp? They're technically hoppers but not in a bad way. I do this sometimes when I want to level up, but I'm not a hopper.
