Sub 200 not working for TH9 anymore?

I was at TH8 and sub 200 worked very well to me. By that time, I noticed that most of the unprotected bases were TH6-7. However, once I upgraded to TH9, all of those unprotected TH6-7 bases disappeared.

Is it true that sub 200 doesn't work for TH9 anymore?

You can only find -2 townhalls under you in sub 200. TH9 and sub200 doesn't really mix well.

Actually, Sub 200 doesn't work for other TH than 7&8. But you can even go there to attack the other farmers. ;)
