What league are you in? Town hall? Level? Picture of base?

what TH level are you? Many new people think that getting lots of trophies is the way to play the game, until they get stomped by someone higher than them. The thing is, you really should not be pushing trophies until you have a decent base (and I'm talking a TH9 or TH10 base) with close to maxed defenses and troops.
Now, you might lose trophies against higher levels if you're too high up, or just unlucky. Here are the good news, though: your trophies don't matter. What matters is finding a good trophy range where you can raid others and gather resources at a good enough speed to keep your builders busy, thus progressing your base with the "endgame" in mind.
And you don't lose much resources if a higher TH attacks you - there is the loot penalty to protect you, and it does it quite efficiently. Read more about it here: http://clashofclans.wikia.com/wiki/Raids under the "Loot" section.
So really, while it might feel crappy and unfair at first when people several THs higher than you stomp you, it doesn't matter much. It happens to everyone, and isn't a big deal in the end. The only time it matters is when you have lots of loot and the attacker is one TH level higher, because then the loot penalty isn't too bad for him - that's when you may lose some resources, which is what you're trying to avoid.

It is hard to explain, but basically under 200 trophies is a sort of twilight zone that you do not want to be in. If you go to about 400 trophies you'll be left alone.

also stop upgrading you'r town hall. i am lvl 64 maxxed at th7. so it sounds as if you'r very premie. stop the town hall upgrades and work on offense, army camps, lab upgrades and barracks so you can get loot to max you'r deffensive structures and walls. only go up a TH level if everything else is maxed.

0-200 IS A VERY STRANGE PLACE. It's where you see all kinds of bases, farmers, dead bases, droppers, and trolls. Only be here when you are TH9+ and are desperate for loot. Otherwise you will be pummeled, or worse, you may be pummeled so often, you may never get out. Only TH2s, can dwell here safely.

Found your problem lol. The game is about raiding if you never attack other people's bases you won't progress. Use barch- a mix of barbarians and archers- and next through bases until you find one with some loot to takeQuote:
