Check out Lords Salvation (not a religious clan).
We have two feeders. Salvation requires lvl 5+ archers, and recruit lvl 65+ players. We push for a week every 6 weeks. Farm in gold or better the rest of the time. Got a few lvl 100+ players, lots of 80+ and a few 50+. All good people. Almost all adult.
