I've got about 7d until I'm TH9, I maxed everything except walls (all level 7, with some level 8s). I prefer maxing all defenses, and then upgrading town hall - walls don't bother me as much, becoming less and less important (hogs, jump spell, balloons, dragons, minions, etc.). So it's your call whether you'd like to max out those remaining defenses, those are probably your 2nd most important ones so I would suggest staying TH8.

Max what you have left to do with defense.
When you're done and go to TH9 you can focus all your attention on the new defensive buildings and the new upgrades available.
Always max out your town hall pal, th9 loot really sucks some days and its a lot harder than th8 so get those things done! :)

I wouldn't worry too much about them, the firepower from dual X bows plus extra wiz the will help more than upgrading the teslas. I would just go to th 9, and do the teslas later. Also at th 9 u get better troops and more army spaces which helps with farming. Always good to max if possible but your base seems ready.
Thanks. No one would accuse me of rushing. I've been slow playing TH8 for what must be 8/9 months now upgrading everything. I've always done all upgrades to the max with the exception of having my walls at 6 before moving to TH8. Was just hoping I could possibly skip the months of time upgrading my walls to 8 since I am happy to sit under my shield for 12/16 hours each time I'm attacked.
