So I have everything else maxed out and fully researched for TH8. My teslas are at L4 and my air def at L5. How important is it that I finish them all to level 6 prior to making the leap to TH9? Oh my walls are all L7. Thanks in advance.

but I maxed them all. You will have enough to do at TH9. In fact, I canceled my TH9 to finish my walls only.
You can't go back, I don't want any regrets... but that's just me.
Finish everything, dont let your excitement overcome you. Max it out! You'll regret it if you let yourself upgrading too early your townhall. Air def and tesla they are one of those defenses that is time consuming. So make them maxed put before upgrading TH

As i read you are level75 rushing townhall just to have xbows. Dont give advice if you dont know what it means. EVERY DEFENSE IS IMPORTAR AND ONE OF THEM IS AIR DEF, how can your base manage against mass drags? Mass balloons if your air defs levels are low? Ow sorry i mean you will not get it because rushing townhall dont know what importance of maxing defenses every townhall starts from th3 :)Quote:

The latest steps on tesla and air defence are boring but you won't regret it. It's nice to enter th9 with everything maxed and full storages so you can buy 2 xbows right off!
It is preferable if you can actually upgrade both types of tower, but if you have to choose one, I suggest you emphasize on air defense tower.
Max out both defences. The air defence is important and the teslas are just wonderful, they are great!
Wouldn't you rather max them now with easier loot than later on with worse loot?
