Leader incentives for clan member

I love this app and have been playing it for quite some time now. I am leader of a clan and I wish to ask for consideration from supercell to consider below request.

The leader should be able to award certain members of the clan based on the clan's purpose and from defined goals for each cycle that the clan has agreed to. Much like achievements which are awarded by gems the winner for a 2 week cycle is determined by the leader. Criteria is purely upon the clan's decision, either from clan support (donation ratio), improvement delta xp (how active he is) and trophy count .... Or all of these combined. This incentive will foster more activity in the clan and also keep the game more engaging within the context of mature clans.

Need an internal motivation for clan competition winners.
