I know this can fall under a Tactics and Strategy thread because I give hints and tips, but my intention isn't to strategize but to congratulate myself so I started a thread here.
The Journey
This was a long 3 days. It might not be an accomplishment to you all but, after playing for 1 and a half months I had decided to push from 1200 to 2600. I wanted to do it as fast as possible and finally accomplished it last night making it a 3 day trophy pushing grind. I can now finally get my 5th builder after unlocking the All-stars League achievement. YES!

Townhall Sniping
Townhall Sniping is when you continue to click next until you find a Townhall that is outside of your opponents village. It helps you 1 star your opponent and obtain anywhere from 4-11 trophies pretty easily and you can do it with most of the time 4 archers.
Tips, Tricks and Hints
1. Be prepared to grind like you have never ground before pressing the next button. It took me 1 day to get from 1200 to 2100. Another day to get from 2100 to 2400. The last day to get from 2400 to 2600. This was straight up no-life grinding. Playing like 8-10 hours a day for the past 3 days. I just had a nice free couple days...Thank God. Decided to wake up early morning and play through out the afternoon.
2. Try not to take breaks, especially when you get into the 2400 range. Once you get into this range, you have to press next at least 159 times to find an exposed Townhall. If you go idle and end up getting raided, it's going to be by a maxed out Townhall 9 or Townhall 10. Or some guy is going to revenge you hard. You will lose 5-6 raids worth of trophies which in turn is pressing the next button at least 800 more times than you already did....I only stopped raiding when I was completely done for the day.
3. The rumors are untrue. Pressing the next button isn't as expensive as it seems. I actually made around 6 million elixir and 5 million gold from Townhall sniping. Not to mention the 20k DE which was mostly just from the bonus you get after each raid after reaching Crystal.
4. Lightning. It's the best spell for this. Just trust me. Use the spell on mortars in your way or cc troops that come to defend that Townhall outside the walls. Punish them.
5. Assume the worst. Just assume every person you're going to raid is a douchebag. There are going to be those honest people who put their Townhalls away from their base with no strings attached, but the world isn't made of rainbows and sunshine. Just bring a good amount of troops. I usually brought 8 Giants, 110 Archers, 50 Barbarians. The reason for this you ask? Some people enjoy watching others suffer. They will booby trap their exposed Townhall with every trap and hidden tesla they have. These raids just unload your army on them, but remember be an experienced raider. Check for bombs with a single troop deployment first, usually using a Barb or two. Then if a hidden tesla comes out, BOOM, unload giants. Then archers to take out the Townhall.
6. Don't be the worst. If you're there to Townhall snipe. Don't use your lightning to zap a maxed Townhall's DE. That is being a douche and you are ruining the fun for everyone. You will pay because karma is a BLEEP. Usually I only zap people when they booby trap their exposed Townhall. This is okay because once again, Karma is a BLEEP.
7. Have your queue ready so you have a full troop capacity every time you enter battle. Sometimes you won't have giants but that's fine, just enter the battle with at least 30 Barbarians and 40 Archers. What I mean by full capacity, is max out your barracks before going into battle. I don't know how it works but when you come out of battle your troops are all full again without having to wait. It's like they stand in line for you at the army camp. Once one dies, the next one goes to the camp from the barrack.
8. Don't give up. It takes patience and commitment. Have fun and clash on!
