i think that the air bombs damage should be increased the damage doesnt kill anything but minions and if you want to upgrade them for 20000, 200000 and 2000000 dollars we should get more from it

And upgrading them is awesome versus balloons, coupled with a WT and perhaps an IT they drop like flies. They're not meant to 1-shot dragons (well, severely damage) or healers, that's what SAMs are for. I think they're just awesome.
