I like and comment on plenty of posts thanks, but you know what the forums are like, most ideas stink. (mostly because they are ruled out)

I'll be constructive for you Phil:
A "giving out some love" promotion. Valentines day we all get 20 gems cause Supercell loves us.
Dads get 20 gems on fathers day, Moms get more cause they're Moms, let's say 30.
April fools you get 20 gems but they take them away as soon as you try to spend them.
Mardi Gras you get gems to wear around your AQ neck??? But you can't spend 'em, just look at 'em.
We'll all just have to fill out some questionaires to define which holidays we get gifts on.
Isn't there a grandparents day?
There's a ton of ideas here as there are a lot of holidays. Coming up is Easter too, how about an egg launcher only for the Easter season. Throws rotten eggs at both air and ground targets and slows them down. Only one per player.
I'm sure developers could throw a ton of stuff into these games but remember many play them on phones and ipods with limited graphics and memory to work with.

Thats a little off topic but brings up a good point..... I really feel like if CoC has to expand past what a ipod or phone can handle maybe they really need to drop them..... I know this sounds cruel but CoC deserves maximum potential.

Most definetly! I mean, it is not like 100 gems so it is not to op or anything, just a happy, small thing to make you smile on your birthday :)

I don't think they should ever do that because
1. I am an ipod user XD
2. They would lose users wich mean possible gem buyers
3. The forum wil go crazy

Would you not buy a limited edition CoC ipad??? See SC could make some bank! but in all reality i doubt they would they would probally just make an ipad only version like other games have so you can play on phone, ipod, and ipad.
