We farm for a long period of time and then push for a week. No donation ratio rules. Just donate and you will be fine. Requesting a lot is what we want. Come pay us a visit and you wont want to leave.

The highest donations reached by a single member in 1 season is 3459 by co-leader Stormy
Archers (level 5 required) are the troop that is the default donation.
Also, we donate level 4 Dragons and that good stuff.
REQUEST ONLY FOR WHAT YOU YOURSELF CAN DONATE
TROOPS NOT ALLOWED FOR DONATIONS:
DragonHawks will not tolerate any donations of Giants, Wallbreakers, and Goblins unless requested by a member.
Donating Giants or Wallbreakers will result in an instakick, whereas Goblins will get a warning.
Our higher level players are constantly teaching our weaker players about Clash of Clans strategies and tips, farming, pushing, and defensive layouts are some examples.
Our age range is from about mature teenager to adult.

Elder is earned by 200+ Donations, loyalty, and positive attitude.

Come and check out the Temple Alliance. Black or the very newly opened (yesterday as we were at breaking point) Indigo Temple would be a good fit for your level I would think. Black has an average lvl of 102.
We are a fully adult set of clans (we have a 65 year old! haha, and he is great) who are insanely active. The average member will play more than yourself even, we had over 100k donations in Black alone last season.
We are primarily a farming clan, when pushes happen they are optional. We compete in the forum equivalent of Clan Wars, The League of Clans, which is packed with great people and is really good fun.
