New Aureus Clan? Have Your Say.

Hello, and thanks for visiting this thread.

We are thinking of opening up a new clan..... But want to hear your thoughts. Regardless of whether you are part of our family or not, you can have your say on the level requirement of the new clan, or whether we should make one at all.

So, have a vote on the above poll! Please note, anyone who votes, please reply to the thread saying what you voted and why, it would help us a lot!

Please note, we have an idea of what we want it to be, we just want to hear your opinion!

I voted 80+. We need a reason yes or it won't be counted? Cometa was 80+ and i was in cometa. I want to see that again.

I say make the clan level 80+ because there is a great amount of clashes with this level and it seems to be a good middle point. Good luck in your clan!

Personally I would quite like a lvl90-100 clan where there are only town hall 9+ then I could go there if it doesn't happen I'll stay in luna it isn't a problem :D

I voted 80 plus, for selfish reasons. I am quite happy in Luna, and can see the benefit of a middle range clan sort of as a feeder to grow newer players. If that is the goal i would say 50+.

Different Idea: Move Galaxia to 90+, Luna to 80+, New clan 70+, and most people are around 55 in planeta so leave them at 60+

I'd say dont make another. IMO you should build your current clans. For example, raise the requirments for each clan as time goes by. You're trying to grow too fast, concentrate on your current 3 clans first.

Right now I am lvl 70 and I would like to see a level 70+. I also would like it to be a farming clan for a while and push very once in a while

Our current clans already do trophy pushes every now and again and Luna is a 70+ clan

I am new to Galaxia but I think this is a great idea, maybe make Galaxia 95-100 and put the new clan at 80.

Personally I think we should focus on the current clans we have. Three, IMO, is plenty. Let's have more activity from leaders to help our current members be the best they can be. Let's have challenges, tip events, training and more! Let's make our current 150 members the best of the best; as this occurs raise the minimum lvl. It'd be sick to eventually have three 100+ clans. ;)

regarding clans in online gaming, expansion is easy. Too easy.
Concentrate on stabilizing your current clans.

Have given input via other media as well.

But would suggest a lowlvl clan, for those who are dedicated and up-and-coming. I think someone earlier called it brainwashing, hue hue..

Then work on, simultaneously, stabilizing the members we have in the three highest clans, so we don't have a revolving door.

Aureus is worth staying in, definitely.

I voted for 50+. I know a few who are in that range and are very active. Plus the existing clans will all move up in lvl eventually. Just my opinion.

Relatively new in the forums and on Clash of Clans, but voted for a 90+ clan. Aureus seems like a great clan community and I think that you should aim for the ~80-90 range for a future clan.

Also if allowed I'd like to suggest a name for the Aureus family's consideration:

Ekleipsis - Latin for "eclipse".

or

Novi - Latin for "nova".

My only advice is to not expand too quickly. Make sure you are 100% happy with the way your first two clans are ran ie, low turnover, high activity, goals and focus established and everyone on the same page. If you do choose to start another clan, ask yourself why it would benefit the first two Aureus clans. Ultimately, you want to start another clan not just to accommodate recruits that you are currently turning away but to strengthen and intermingle your first two with the new blood.

If your first two clans are hybrid push/farm clans you could create a farm only clan which would capture another niche. I would keep the level range somewhat close to your first two as well. Because if you start a new clan and its 40 levels lower then your other two there is no room for movement. Clashing at level 30 and clashing at level 100 are two different worlds.

You should bump galaxia up to lvl 90+ and turn this new clan into lvl 80+, it needs to be a high lvl clan for it to be a positive addition, and Galaxia should stay as the #1 clan in the family.
