As far as I know, EVERYONE needs Land Deeds, but noone needs Mallets or Marker Stakes! I've got 4 Land deeds and 20-25 Mallets & Markers... Isn't this a bit pathetic?
Same woth Planks and wood panels... Everyone allways needs them, but noone needs Bults or Screws!
Please make the game more balanced!

Since the new upgrade I have not found any mallets or markers. None at all. I get land deeds from feeding my animals. And of course no one is selling them anymore. What is going on??
I think people are accumulating LEMs for the coming update.
If you have too many , i,d love to take them , why wouldn,t you want to upgrade your barn and silo ?Quote:

And i never get those screws or planks allways getting stupid ducttape or pencils just sold 10ducttapes there where pilling up my barn :/
Totally agree. The supply of land deeds seems way too tight. Wood not as bad but also frustrating. I wonder if it's part of their strategy to get us to pay for diamonds.Quote:

For a long time I was short on land deeds as well. They just wouldn't drop. Sold dozens of markers and mallets. Then suddenly I got more land deeds than mallets. Weird huh?
I wondered if it was unbalanced too. Because all the upgrade materials sell like crazy at maximum price, I decided this was not the case.
I wondered if it depends on the type of crop I harvest. However, suddenly I got more land deeds while I didn't change the way I run my farm, so I decided this was not the case either.
I've also wondered if each farm gets a tag when they're started. Or if the game looks at what I already have, and gives me more of those. No and no for the same reasons.
I decided I can't figure it out without looking at the code, and I doubt supercell would let me ;)
I also decided to be happy with whatever I loot. One is for the upgrade, the other is good cash!
I'm pretty sure this is different for everyone. In my experience, everyone has one rare, one medium, and one common thing in each set of expansion items by default. I believe this is a mechanic to prevent hoarding of materials. For example, I tend to sell my excess items below the levels of my rare items and then receive far more of my rare items.
For example:
My farm has always been Deeds, Planks, and Nails rare. Wood panels, Bolts, and Marker Stakes common. Obviously, it's not the same for everyone, or I wouldn't be getting millions of wood panels while they're rare for you. Also, I recently tossed a load of marker stakes and mallets so much so that I'm now getting more land deeds than the other two. This is pretty cool because land deeds have been, and probably always will be, my rare land expansion item.
Just a thought. In my experience, it helps. That, and wheating a lot.
I dont have any problem getting most building supplies. I am always short on duck tape, mallets, and screws.

You will get your rare ones by selling your excess ones.
It's not unbalanced, it's how the game is. Everyone has 1 barn, 1 silo and 1 land expansion they get lots of and 1 of each they don't get many of.
You might not get deeds, planks and panels, but I get loads of all 3. Another farm might get tons of tapes, screws and mallets.
It's a challenge of the game, without these challenges in the game, it would be boring.
Several things you can do, trade your excess in your NH for what you need. Use the trading thread to trade your excess. Sell off after an upgrade your excess, it helps to balance it out more and you will get more of the others. Wheat for goodies, but often that just brings more of the ones you get most, but again you then can trade them.
Pretty much as the title to my post states, my experience is that it is cyclical in terms if what you receive in terms of LEM and BEM material. Though, I admit , it does seem that the moment I finally gather up enough of whatever I needed to expand, it suddenly opens up a torrent of said items. I'm now maxed out on land/fishing expansion, and just about done leveling up my barn and silo at 1000 items a piece, so from here on out I will be dumping all I get on the open market. The Bunny Ranch, level 56 currently, about to go level 57.
