A note to developers, the amount of dark elixa raids from lightning, is becoming a real problem, I had 7 raids totalling 4000 in 24 hours, really think you need to up the hit points of the storage or something . Its really ruining this part of game What do others think?

Usually, when I stole someone's DE by 3 lighting spells, I tried to let 12 hour shield be activated
Though I'm one of the culprits I will never use 3 lightning they are in need so revenge them
I prefer Rage spell. Not only do I 3 star people, I also take all of their dark elixir and I only have to use 1 spell to do all that. :P
I agree there needs to be something done. As soon as you hit 20k+ DE your just raided with only lightning spells all the time. I liked what a posted has said previously about how a tesla could act as a lightning rod if nearby.
You can revenge this now, so everyone stop crying about it now.
This topic is over, and they fixed it.
Revenge is only any good if the player has equal or more DE than you. Say you've got 38k DE and are close to your archer queen and some TH8 hits you. Say the TH8 only needed 1k more for his barbarian king upgrade. Now he's used the DE and has none left. Thus the revenge has little point.Quote:

They did not change anything about revenge, nor does that relate to the issue whatsoever. For that matter, most people using lightning for dark elixir are people that are revenging someone who has already attacked them, in which case the attacker has no recourse for the DE.Quote:

Not. The. Issue. The problem lies with being able to leech people in the first place, not with how the revenge system works.
So it's the same as when a t h 7 hits me for 100k... I revenge for 10k...
I get hit for thousands of dark e all the time....just now, I can revenge for it.
I guess it's not a big deal to me because I was farmed for so long that I just tack my losses up to a part of the game.
I agreed before that it was unfair that revenge was not an option to these spell-only attacks, but now it is...
And the people that hit me think I forgot about them...

It's good that some low levels are able to bite back at the people that are feeding off them.
I don't mind the revenges but that's not the point of the thread. The point is that DE is too easily stolen with just a few lightning spells. Which considering how hard it is to obtain and that you don't get a shield after means its a but unbalanced.Quote:

Yes DE is being taken from players to easy all the way around. I don't know if me getting a shield because I got robbed DE would make me feel any better. I do think with all these different threads about lighting and DE being out there since we got the Hero update, that SuperCell would change something about it....I think it just a matter of time.
There are ways to defend against this. first and foremost USE YOUR DE. Stop hoarding it for archer queen and upgrade your barbarian. If you don't want to do that than suck it up and realize you will become a target until there is more DE floating around the in-game economy. Also fully upgrade your DE storage, it will reduce the amount they get from lightning attacks.
This game is all about stealing resources from one another. If you are going to cry about it every time it happens..then this game may not be for you.
I can stop now :) I got my barb king finally and am happy.
Apologies to all the posters in this thread... My information was received from an unreliable source, and I have found proof that revenges have been available all along.
I just wish people would just point out threads that proved this, so I would not have wasted so much time looking for the thread that misled me in the first place!!

If someone Thors my DE I wait till they have 3x what they took and a load of gold and elixir and then take it all back. If you farmed some guy weaker than you and they revenge Thor your DE just suck it up, you've probably farmed millions upon millions of resources off them.
It's a nice way to spread the DE from the rich to the poor and means everyone gets a hero for minimal cost. Nothing needs changing tbh.
Ha. you can't revenge if you attacked someone first. Here's my example. Normal raid on a lower level for gold and elixir, nicked about 50 dex because the storage happened to be there. Player revenged me with lightning, took 900 dex. that's all he used, nothing else was attacked. I now cannot attack him back, can I??Quote:

This is the reason ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ won't fix the cheapest way to score DE. They want you to get frustrated and resort to gemming! This needs to be fixed soon. Deploying a few cheap spells to gain DE without putting any troops down to fight is so lame. How can you consider this legit attacking? I revenged several people before my TH was upgraded to level 8.
However I still consider DE to be too rare to get and you need way too much for any non gemmer to ever have a lvl 30 hero which is why a lot of people just don't bother. They should add collectors and storages so you can put them apart and people using only lightning won't ever get as much as doing a proper raid.

Thanks for the idea! I was getting 10 de per day with normal attacks, i get 1000 now with lightning.
it's like a gold-to dark elixer converter.
why supercell says they would not even consider the idea of converters, it's already implemented.
